CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

If you find you need to change something within your order please email us at info@saltandthesea.net within 2 hours of the order being placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you find your item faulty please contact us asap at info@saltandthesea.net with pictures, original order number and what is wrong and we will do everything we can to fix this up for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND?

Unfortunately we don't offer change of mind returns or exchanges.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders will be processed and packed within 1-3 business days and shipped from Melbourne via Auspost or Sendle, you can check general delivery times here https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/sending-in-australia/domestic-parcels

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, ZIPPAY and AFTERPAY.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left for delivery they are then the property of Australia Post or other third party courier companies. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at info@saltandthesea.net with the name on the order and the order number.

 

RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mine returns, we can offer store credit (minus shipping costs) once the item/s have been returned in the condition they arrived (unopened, tags attached etc) in some cases and at the cost of the customer. 

We do offer replacements if you receive a faulty item where the item does not do what it is suppose to do.
